Shannon is a dedicated Air Force chemist currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Chemistry at the University of Washington. Her academic credentials include a Master of Science in Chemistry from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the US Air Force Academy.

Passionate about teen leadership education, she is keen to give back to the community by sharing her insights and experiences. She recognizes the transformative power of leadership education for young individuals, having personally benefited from such opportunities during her formative years.

Beyond her academic and military commitments, Shannon enjoys exploring her culinary skills through cooking and baking. She's an avid reader who continually expands her horizons through literature and is also a passionate traveler, always eager to explore new destinations and cultures.
