During this dynamic conference, teens will come together to learn, grow, and support each other on their unique leadership journeys.
By participating in engaging hands-on activities, contributing within small group experiences, and learning from leadership mentors, teens will discover their values as leaders, hone their communication and teamwork skills, and develop empowering goals for their future. Participants will also learn about ethical decision making, managing conflict, and community engagement through service.

On Sunday, June 29, participants have the optional (but highly encouraged!) opportunity to take part in a culminating service project that puts their leadership and teamwork skills into action. Last year, we partnered with Youth Volunteer Corps of Hampton Roads to support the Greater Hampton Roads Diaper Bank and Project Linus.
Participants will gain volunteer hours, receive a letter of appreciation, and most importantly, help make a difference in their community while growing as a leader.
