During this dynamic two-day conference, teens will come together to learn, grow, and support each other on their unique leadership journeys.

By participating in engaging hands-on activities, contributing within small group experiences, and learning from leadership mentors, teens will discover their values, hone their communication and teamwork skills, and develop empowering goals for their future. Participants will also learn about ethical decision making and community engagement through service.

Eligibility: Teens ages 13-18
When: Saturday, August 3, 9:30 am - 4:30 pm AND Sunday, August 4, 9:30 am - 4:30 pm

     Note: The  service learning project with Youth Volunteer Corps of Hampton Roads and Greater Hampton Roads Diaper Bank is optional and held on Sunday from 9:30 am - 1:30 pm.  Participants will receive a letter confirming three community service hours. Those unable to attend the service project should arrive to Day 2 of the conference at 1:15pm.

Cost: $25 tax-deductible donation (need-based scholarships available)

Participants must provide their own transportation to and from the event and commit to attending both days.

Continental breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and all materials are provided.
