Ryan is a retired U.S. Navy Commander with over 20 years of leadership and naval aviation experience, leading diverse teams in multiple countries around the world. He holds a Master of Science in Network Operations and Technology with Graduate Certificates in Cybersecurity and Space Systems. He is currently pursuing his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

An accomplished leader in managing large-scale, high-risk programs within diverse organizations, he has honed his skills in communication, leadership, and project management through his extensive military career and as an Analyst with Booz Allen Hamilton.

Ryan has actively engaged in mentoring relationships throughout his career, guiding and inspiring individuals to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. He believes in the positive impact of mentorship, recognizing that a supportive mentor can provide invaluable guidance, encouragement, and practical advice.
