Ms. Sims is a successful entrepreneur with a strong commitment to leadership and community service. She has an MBA from Boston University and is currently pursuing her M.A. in Mass Communication and Human Sciences. 

Ms. Sims has excelled in corporate recruitment and development, real estate investment, and training and consulting throughout her dynamic career. Her commitment to education is evident in her prior work in higher education, having served as college faculty specializing in communication, leadership, and business writing.

She has contributed her expertise to numerous military spouse initiatives and nonprofit organizations, including leadership positions on several nonprofit boards. She is also an outstanding public speaker who has shared her insights and knowledge at numerous leadership conferences and events. Her ability to inspire and motivate others is a testament to her dedication to leadership development.
