Director of Education

Dr. Peterson is a higher education professional  with over fifteen years of experience developing and nurturing relationships with students and colleagues to foster success in leadership and management-focused courses. She holds a  Doctor of Education in Performance Improvement Leadership and an MBA.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Dr. Peterson is a skilled public speaker and writer. She is an Editorialist for American Genius, writing Op-Ed content on Leadership and Change Management as a subject matter expert.

In her previous role as  Vice President and Director of Continuing Education for Okinawa Leadership Seminar, Dr. Peterson led the development and delivery of programs and services designed to enhance the leadership skills and knowledge of students and professionals. She is a team player who is not afraid to take the lead and is dedicated to communicating expectations, leading by example, and focusing on solutions.

She is well-versed in values-based leadership and decision-making, which she incorporates into all of her work. Her dedication to education and lifelong learning is a testament to her passion for personal and professional growth.
