Welcome to Tidewater LEAD!

We're on a mission to equip teens from across the Hampton Roads, Virginia region with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to become successful leaders. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we're dedicated to nurturing the potential of our youth for a brighter, more promising future.

We educate and empower the leaders of tomorrow through our annual flagship Hampton Roads Teen Leadership Conference. We also offer mentorship, hands-on leadership experiences, and educational workshops for teens 13-18.

Tidewater LEAD was founded on the belief that every young person should have access to quality leadership development opportunities.
